Every Asian Footwears product carries a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects and genuine wear and tear.
What you get, and when
Asian Footwears offers a 6 months warranty on all products against manufacturing defects and genuine wear and tear, as per the following terms:

| 0–30 days | Free replacement in case of manufacturing defects or wear and tear (no cost to the customer) |
| 31 days – 3 months | 40% discount on selling price on replacement |
| 3 – 6 months | 30% discount on selling price on replacement |
The period is counted from the date of delivery of your order.
Terms & conditions
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and genuine product wear and tear under normal usage conditions.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, improper care, or normal cosmetic wear (e.g. minor scuffs, sole discolouration from use).
- A valid order / invoice number is required to claim warranty benefits.
- The replacement product will be of the same or equivalent model, subject to availability. In case the original product is unavailable, an alternate product of equivalent value may be offered.
- Asian Footwears reserves the right to assess and determine, at its sole discretion, whether a product issue qualifies as a valid warranty claim.

A warranty claim is separate from a return. If you are still inside the 7-day return window and simply want to send the product back, use the Returns & Exchanges process instead.
