Influencer Affiliate Program

The Asian Footwears Influencer Affiliate Program allows approved creators to earn commissions by referring customers to purchase products through their unique affiliate link or coupon code. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• The affiliate must provide accurate personal and payment details.
• Asian Footwears reserves the right to approve or reject any application without providing a reason.
• Employees of Asian Footwears may participate only with prior written approval.

• Each affiliate will receive a unique referral coupon code.
• Coupon codes are non-transferable.
• Affiliates may not create duplicate accounts to earn additional commissions.
• Coupon codes must not be modified or misrepresented.

• Commission rates will be communicated separately and may vary based on campaigns, product categories, or promotional events.
• Commissions are calculated only on the final invoice value after discounts, excluding shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, and other non-commissionable charges, unless otherwise specified.
• Asian Footwears reserves the right to revise commission rates at any time with prior notice.

Commission will only be paid for:

• Successfully delivered orders.
• Orders tracked through the affiliate's coupon code.
• Orders not cancelled, returned, exchanged for refund, or identified as fraudulent.

No commission will be paid for:

• Cancelled orders.
• Returned or refunded orders.
• Failed or unpaid orders.
• Orders identified as fraudulent.
• Internal employee purchases, unless specifically approved.
• Self-purchases using one's own affiliate code, unless explicitly permitted by Asian Footwears.

• Commission becomes payable only after the applicable return period has expired.
• Payments will be processed monthly.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing correct bank account and tax information.

Affiliates may

• Share honest product reviews.
• Create original content.
• Use official campaign creatives provided by Asian Footwears.
• Promote on approved social media platforms, blogs, websites, and messaging channels.

Affiliates must not

• Make false or misleading claims.
• Misrepresent product features.
• Impersonate Asian Footwears.
• Use deceptive marketing practices.
• Purchase advertisements using “Asian”, “Asian Shoes”, “Asian Footwear”, or confusingly similar brand keywords without written approval.
• Register domains or social media handles containing the Asian Footwears brand name.

• Coupon codes are intended only for promotional purposes.
• Asian Footwears reserves the right to disable any coupon code if misuse is detected.
• Coupon stacking with other promotions may not be allowed unless specified.

Affiliates may use official logos, product images, and campaign creatives only for promoting Asian Footwears during active participation in the program. All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Asian Footwears.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fake or fraudulent orders.
• Cashback abuse.
• Self-referrals (unless approved).
• Creating fake accounts.
• Cookie stuffing.
• Incentivized purchases without approval.
• Spam messaging or unsolicited promotional communication.
• Posting offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate content involving the Asian Footwears brand.

Violation may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Asian Footwears reserves the right to:

• Verify all transactions.
• Reverse commissions for invalid orders.
• Audit affiliate activities.
• Suspend suspicious accounts pending investigation.

Affiliates are solely responsible for any applicable taxes arising from commission income and for complying with all applicable tax laws.

Any unpublished business information, campaign details, commission structures, or marketing strategies shared with affiliates must remain confidential unless authorized in writing by Asian Footwears.

Asian Footwears may suspend or terminate an affiliate account immediately in cases including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Brand misuse.
• Extended inactivity.
• Conduct that may negatively impact the reputation of Asian Footwears.

Termination will result in cancellation of unpaid commissions arising from fraudulent or policy-violating activity.

Asian Footwears shall not be liable for:

• Tracking interruptions caused by technical issues.
• Temporary website downtime.
• Delayed commission calculations.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the affiliate program.

Asian Footwears reserves the right to modify commission rates, campaign rules, payment schedules, eligibility criteria, and program policies at any time. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Asian Footwears' registered office is located.
