These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, asianfootwears.com (the “Site”), and any services provided by Asian Footwears (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

To access certain features of our Site, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use our Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

All brand marks, including “Asian”, are registered trademarks of Asian Footwears Private Limited. All content and materials on our Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are the property of Asian Footwears or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content or materials on our Site without our prior written permission. Scraping of product images or descriptions for third-party affiliate sites without written consent is strictly prohibited.

When you place an order on our Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All payments must be made through the payment methods provided on our Site. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or issues with your payment method.

Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery and exchanges for size or colour are valid for 30 days, subject to the conditions in the Returns & Exchanges policy. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, and manufacturing defects by the Warranty.

Certain sale items marked “No Return/Replacement” are not eligible for return or replacement. Accessories are not eligible for return or replacement unless a manufacturing defect is identified and approved by our quality team. By placing an order on our Site, you agree to these terms.

Promotional offers, coupon codes, bundles, referral rewards and wallet credits are each subject to their own terms: Offers & Bundles, Referral Policy and Wallet Usage & Credit. Coupon abuse — including creating multiple accounts to bypass first-order discounts, or using automated scripts to generate or test codes — will result in forfeiture of the discount or order and blacklisting of the associated IP and delivery address.

Gift cards issued by Asian Footwears are only applicable on shoes available in our institutional category. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used for accessories or other non-eligible items. Asian Footwears reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit the use of any gift card in case of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Our Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of our Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on our Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

The company's maximum liability for any transaction shall not exceed the net amount paid by the customer for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages arising from transit delays.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asian Footwears shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our Site or Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Any misuse of our Site, Services, or ordering system — including but not limited to placing orders through fraudulent means, exploiting loopholes, or attempting to manipulate pricing or promotions — shall be considered a criminal act. Such activities will be treated as a legal case and prosecuted under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Asian Footwears and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Site or Services, or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Site and Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
