The amount refunded to the customer will be the value paid after applying the applicable discount, not the original MRP or listed price.

To receive a refund, both the ‘Primary’ item and the ‘Promotional’ item must be returned together in unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

Creation of multiple accounts to bypass ‘First Order’ discounts, or the use of automated scripts / bots to generate or test coupon codes, is strictly prohibited.

Any such activity will result in permanent blacklisting of the associated IP address and delivery address, and forfeiture of the applicable discount / order.

From time to time, we may run promotional offers such as:

• Flat discount offers

These offers are typically subject to a minimum order quantity or minimum cart value, as specified in the offer terms at the time of the promotion.
